A beautiful local resort in Whitefish, Montana, is currently seeking professional and personable Front Desk Agents to join its guest services team. With upscale accommodations and a commitment to exceptional service, this resort offers a convenient and inviting location just minutes from local dining, outdoor recreation, and some of the region’s most iconic destinations. Whether our guests are looking for adventure, relaxation, or both, they can enjoy an experience that blends comfort, style, and authentic hospitality.

As a central point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent handles everything from check-in and reservations to shuttle coordination, guest inquiries, and daily operational support. Working closely with departments like housekeeping, valet, and concierge, this position ensures seamless communication and a smooth guest experience. Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their hospitality skills and be part of a supportive, service-driven environment.

Pay: $20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processing
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering accurate and helpful information
  • Ensure all guest concerns and requests are resolved promptly and properly
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of all folios and room charges daily
  • Introduce the lodge to guests using professional language and exhibiting a sincere desire and compliance toward all guest requests
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and valet teams to support smooth daily operations
  • Maintain and share in-depth knowledge of the property, its amenities and provide helpful recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills both in person as well as on the telephone
  • Former work with resort computer systems and/or RDP a plus
  • Computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to act as a sales representative
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information
  • Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics
  • High regard for customer service and employee relations
  • Ability to pass background screenings
