They are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support their owner in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks, provide strategic support, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Manage the owners’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up correspondence
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
- Assist in coordinating special projects, initiatives, and events
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases
- Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and meetings
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, exercise discretion in decision-making and interactions
- Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively manage time-sensitive tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clearly communicated
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
- Paralegal experience preferred
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
