This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, Valet, Transportation, and Concierge teams. The position focuses on guiding and developing departmental managers, ensuring clear communication, and upholding high standards of service and cleanliness. With an emphasis on efficiency and guest satisfaction, this role plays a key part in driving overall performance and maximizing profitability.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations and long-term planning for all rooms department functions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage departmental budgets, control labor costs, and support the achievement of financial goals, including revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop and implement operational tools and standards in collaboration with department managers, including budgeting, forecasting, and job descriptions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing complaints, and adapting policies to meet changing demands and market conditions
  • Hire, train, supervise, and support management staff in line with company policies and performance standards
  • Maintain compliance with all hotel policies and procedures while actively participating in leadership meetings and hotel activities

Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in guest services and hospitality preferred
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, sanitation standards, and use of cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff, vendors, and contractors
  • CPR/First Aid training a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
