Growing construction company in Bozeman, MT is seeking an experienced Controller to join the team in office. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, all accounting and admin personnel, and compliance with financial regulations for four different divisions under the parent umbrella.

Requirements:

• Must work in office – no hybrid or remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years of management experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience in accounting (construction preferred)
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
