As a General Laborer, you will support the construction crew in a variety of tasks associated with post-frame building projects. You’ll work under the supervision of experienced team leaders and contribute to the timely and quality completion of construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Assist in the assembly and erection of post-frame structures
  • Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
  • Perform site preparation and clean-up duties
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
  • Support skilled tradespeople
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:
  • Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, and bending
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
