They are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Representative. In this role, you will work directly with commercial clients to manage their insurance needs, renew policies, prepare proposals, and support producers with account servicing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in navigating the commercial insurance landscape.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy changes accurately and promptly
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ business operations
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations for producers and clients
- Maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system (AMS360 or equivalent)
- Foster strong client relationships through timely communication and responsive service
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to place new and renewal business
- Stay informed on carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Assist in claims follow-up and resolution
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance (agency or carrier side preferred)
- Active Montana P&C License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong working knowledge of general liability, workers’ comp, auto, property, and inland marine policies
- Proficient with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- CISR or CIC designation a plus
