General Construction Laborer

An established custom home builder in the Flathead Valley is looking for motivated Construction Laborers to join their team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in residential construction while learning from experienced professionals who take pride in building high-quality custom homes.

Why You Want This Position:
  • Wage: $20 to $23/hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, year- round 
  • No experience required!
  • Supportive team environment

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Assist construction crews with daily job site tasks and projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Support demolition, framing, concrete work, excavation, and other construction activities
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to all safety procedures

Qualifications:
  • No construction experience required; willing to train
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and perform a variety of tasks
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
