Starting Wage: $24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions & Duties:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts and writing new business
- Prepare quotes, process new policies, renewals, endorsements, claims, and client payments while maintaining accurate documentation
- Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service and insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and policy information using the agency management system and insurance carrier platforms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure policy accuracy, support agency operations, and meet customer service goals
- Contribute to agency growth by supporting marketing initiatives, improving operational processes, and participating in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Customer service or insurance experience with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- College coursework or related experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Montana Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management and insurance carrier software
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- High school diploma or equivalent
