The Clean-Up Laborer will use a shovel, broom, air hose, and wheelbarrow, to clean wood bark and shavings outside of the boiler area and inside the boiler department buildings.

Essential Functions & Duties:
- Shovels and clears outside conveyor areas where wood bark and shavings have accumulated, into accessible areas for a loader to retrieve them
- Clears plug-ups on outside conveyor belts
- Picks up scrap iron and garbage and places it in proper bins for disposal
- Uses air hose nozzles to blow wood dust from areas including rafters & beams
- Cleans up oil and water spills
- Shovels snow in winter as necessary.
- Uses a broom to sweep floors and walkways in buildings
- Assists Boiler Technicians with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Able to physically perform labor duties and work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
