A local company with over two decades of experience in property maintenance, forestry, landscaping, snow removal and more is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and vacation properties, performing maintenance, repairs, remodeling, and carpentry projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while working both independently and collaboratively.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform general carpentry, repair, and maintenance projects for residential properties
- Complete interior and exterior repairs, including doors, windows, siding, decking, fencing, drywall, and finish work
- Assist with remodeling, renovations, painting, staining, and seasonal property maintenance
- Conduct property inspections, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and identify needed repairs
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, guests, vendors, and team members, and document completed work and project updates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in handyman services, carpentry, construction, maintenance, remodeling, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, repair techniques, and general property maintenance; plumbing and electrical experience is a plus
- Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
