Hayden grew up in the Flathead Valley and graduated from the University of Montana in 2026 with a degree in Business Management Information Systems. He joined LC Staffing shortly after and has been recruiting ever since.
Hayden believes finding the right fit matters, for both the candidate and the client. He brings a people first attitude to his work and takes a lot of pride in being part of someone’s next step.
When he is not working, you can find him on the mountain, at a concert, or somewhere new he has never been before.
