This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and takes pride in building high-quality, custom landscape projects. With over 30 years in business, the company specializes in landscape installation and construction including hardscapes, irrigation, and unique outdoor features. Team members spend their time operating equipment like skid steers and excavators and performing manual labor such as site prep and detailed finishing work. This is a physically demanding position in a small, team-oriented environment where reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. Why You Want This Position:
- Wage: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience
- Additional $5/hour premium for Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday + overtime

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist with landscape installation projects including rock work, patios, grading, and planting
- Support basic irrigation installation and setup
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and trailers
- Perform physical labor including shoveling, raking, lifting, and wheelbarrowing
- Use hand, carpentry, and rock-cutting tools as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in hardscape installation or construction
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators required
- Knowledge of irrigation, hardscaping, and general landscaping practices preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Must be able to lift 50 regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
