Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform commercial and post-construction cleaning to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Follow established cleaning procedures, systems, and checklists to maintain consistent quality
- Maintain strong attention to detail while completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to complete projects
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding job progress and needs
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, organized, and ready for client use
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but training is provided
- Access to a smartphone for communication and work updates
- Strong work ethic with a positive and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing active work throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
