They’re looking for a Construction & Grading Foreman to join their amazing team.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead and oversee daily operations for excavation, grading, and underground utility crews
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Operate heavy equipment as needed, including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, and rollers
- Read and interpret construction drawings, set grades using lasers or GPS, and ensure accurate site work
- Enforce job site safety standards and maintain clear communication with project managers, inspectors, and crew members
- Train and mentor crew members, monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and assist with site cleanup and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, including utilities, grading, or site work
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead
- Proficient in operating a wide range of heavy equipment and reading blueprints to set grades independently
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a focus on safety and compliance
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain, with willingness to travel and work extended hours
- Familiarity with Topcon GPS, light mechanical skills, and ability to work year-round with seasonal variations
