Sales Representative

A well-established Montana-based low-voltage systems integrator is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join its growing team. Serving communities throughout the state, the organization is committed to technical excellence, safety, and long-term customer partnerships while continuing to expand its footprint across Montana.

This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting products and services to meet client needs.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Develop new business opportunities by generating leads, meeting with prospects, and planning strategic sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Design solutions, prepare estimates, and create professional sales proposals.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services while maintaining strong market and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Service Department and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and consistently drive annual revenue growth.

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferably in equipment, construction, or industrial products
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word and Bluebeam REVU
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
