Essential Functions and Duties:
- Oversee all HVAC operations, including service, installation, scheduling, and dispatch
- Lead, mentor, and manage technicians, office staff, and supervisors
- Ensure high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service
- Manage budgets, labor costs, pricing, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Develop and implement operational systems, process improvements, and inventory control
- Collaborate with ownership on hiring, training, and long-term growth strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC industry experience with leadership or management responsibility
- Strong understanding of HVAC service and installation operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Solid business acumen including budgeting and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EPA Certification required – additional licenses preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
