As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored Property & Casualty solutions. You will work closely with our office team to deliver exceptional service, help grow the agency, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate support.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Meet clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and service auto, home, renters, and related insurance products
- Generate new business through referrals, inbound leads, and outreach
- Maintain relationships to support renewals, policy changes, and cross-selling opportunities
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and risk management strategies
- Accurately document client interactions and policy changes in agency systems
- Collaborate with the office team to meet agency performance and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Active Montana Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
