The Architect will play a key role in leading design efforts, developing detailed plans, and ensuring projects meet client expectations and industry standards. With involvement in a wide range of projects from concept through construction, this position combines creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver lasting, high-quality design solutions.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead the technical delivery of a project under the leadership of the Senior Architect from project inception to completion
- Preparation, review and approval of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings and submittals to meet contracted scope of work and ensure correct interpretation and application of Design and Drafting Principles
- Perform code reviews
- Engage in business development, helping create proposals and prepare for interviews, finding creative solutions to present to prospective clients and scheduling and breaking down construction costs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience in the building industry
- Licensed Architect (NCARB)
- Proven design expertise with strong attention to detail and commitment to project quality
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic planning abilities
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam for effective design and collaboration
