HVAC New and Retrofit Installer

A leading HVAC company with a 47-year history of excellence is looking for an HVAC New and Retrofit Installer to join their dynamic team. If you enjoy learning and staying up to date with new developments in the HVAC industry, this career opportunity will provide ongoing growth working for a great local HVAC company.

The HVAC New and Retrofit Installer will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to company standards in design and implementation. This role will also manage job readiness, which includes overseeing effective communication for installers, as well as coordinating the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Additionally, the position will uphold quality control measures and support the builder upgrade program to ensure optimal project execution

Pay: $20 – $40/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Ensure construction projects are designed and executed according to company standards
  • Oversee job readiness by coordinating communication for installers
  • Manage the timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project
  • Support the builder upgrade program by assisting with necessary upgrades and adjustments
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project flow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to installation and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure installations meet quality and performance standards
  • Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes and commit to a training schedule to receive NATE certifications

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work well with your hands
  • Comfortable staying active all day
  • Ability to properly measure, cut, and drill holes
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
