Theresa is the Kalispell Branch Manager for LC Staffing and has over 10 years of recruiting experience in a variety of industries. Her passion for developing strong team members and maintaining excellent client relations makes her a valuable member of our team. Theresa believes that leadership is about making others better as a result of her presence and making sure that impact lasts in her absence.
Theresa serves as the Foundations Chair for the Flathead Valley SHRM chapter. She also serves in various other organizations throughout the Flathead Valley. Theresa has been married to Erik Fisher for 24 years and is a busy mother of four. She loves spending time with her family, especially if it includes time in the great outdoors of Montana.
