Reid has a Recruiting and Human Resource background which he started in Grand Forks, ND. In the spring of 2021, he decided to head West to Bozeman, MT which led him to Recruiting with the fantastic team at LC Staffing. Part of the transition was to get back into the outdoor activities he has learned to love growing up in northern Minnesota.
Reid thoroughly enjoys the search for great candidates and connecting them with awesome businesses in Gallatin Valley and Montana as a whole. It has been a wonderful experience connecting with people from many different backgrounds, and also getting to live in an amazing town with a very cool history.
Outside of work you will find Reid exploring the outdoors, roaming downtown Bozeman, and looking for more vinyl records to add to his collection.
