Heidi Wallace is responsible for developing strategies that improve the way LC Staffing functions. Heidi joined LC Staffing as a Recruiter in 2005, and became Vice President of Operations in 2019. She is responsible for overseeing Workflow Procedures, Marketing & Recruitment, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, and Accounting functions.
She has a great love for animals and enjoys helping others to develop their love for horses through the 4-H program and as a board member of the FRR saddle club. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and in bringing laughter to the world as a breeder of English Bulldogs.
