LC Staffing is hiring for an experienced Senior Service Technician to join a local, long-standing, Flathead Valley company. To be successful in this position, you must have HVAC/R experience and be a team player. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of equipment in clients' facilities. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior service technicians and providing technical support to customers.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wage: $25 to $35/hour depending on experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide answers to client’s questions and clearly communicate information on the installation or repair of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and develop solutions to resolve them
- Install and commission new equipment in client facilities
- Train and mentor junior service technicians and provide technical support to customers
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance
- Maintain truck or van and keep stocked with supplies and parts for repairs
Requirements and Skills:
- 2-5 Years’ experience in HVAC/R
- Must have Universal/ EPA Certification
- Must have brazing/soldering knowledge
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic system
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must have a clean driving record
