If you’re enthralled with Glacier National Park and are looking for a low-key, unique summer job, then we just might have the perfect opportunity for you.   As a Passenger Loading Assistant, you’ll be a full-time member of the team who helps the whole visitor transportation system run smoothly. This a customer service position providing support and shuttle information to the visitors.

This is your chance to work with excited vacationers and outdoor enthusiasts to assure that they (and you) are able to thoroughly appreciate the experience that Glacier has to offer.

Wage:  $18.99 per hour
Schedule: Hours vary from part-time to full-time.  The shuttle runs Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. starting in July and goes into September.  Scheduled hours may be between 6 – 12 hours per shift.  Most shifts for this position will be scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.  

This position is located on the west side of the park at Apgar Village.

You will be stationed at the bus stops, guiding the visitors in the appropriate lines for the buses, answering questions about the shuttle system, and assisting visitors on and off the bus as needed.

You will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
