A well-established HVAC company in Helena, MT, is seeking an Office Administrative Specialist to join their team. They prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a comprehensive range of services, from installing and maintaining to repairing HVAC systems. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls providing excellent customer service.
- Efficiently manage and execute all accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Accurately register and maintain product information in the company’s database.
- Gain proficiency in dispatching responsibilities.
- Review and verify product warranties to ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
- Handle and process customer claims, including warranty claims and product returns.
- Starting wage: $19 – $23/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)
- Health Insurance and Retirement 401k
- Ability to grow with a longstanding company who is committed to their clients
- Experience with Bookkeeping is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook Calendars.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
