Maintenance Technician Extraordinaire!

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring  the smooth operation of several client properties.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
Pay: Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Lawn maintenance
  • Irrigation repairs
  • Snow removal
  • Shuttling vehicles
  • Stocking supplies in homes
  • Checking on properties
  • General home maintenance 
  • Removing debris
  • Concierge services
Requirements:
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be able to push, pull and lift 80 pounds occasionally 
Preferences:
  • Experience with snow blowers, mowers, trimmers, skidsters, and snowplows is a plus, but if you are a reliable, hard-working, energetic individual, then on-the-job training would be provided!
