Interim Office Manager

LC Staffing Missoula is hiring an interim office manager for approximately 25 – 40 hours a week depending if you want full time or part time through March 31, 2022.
Schedule is flexible. The position could begin immediately.

Responsibilities and Scope of Position:

  • Maintaining routine office operations and providing support as needed to staff
  • Processing expense forms, donations, and other documents
  • Organizing, clarifying, and streamlining office procedures
  • Coordinating office suite reorganization with  Montana staff, campus IT, and facility services
  • Organizing closets, supplies, etc.
  • Organizing online accounts and passwords
  • Helping executive director establish best practices for remote and hybrid work
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working in databases
  • This position reports to the executive director

Payment is in the range of $20-$25/hour, depending on experience.

This position is not eligible for benefits, vacation, or sick leave.

This is an in-person position in an office that practices social distancing; masks are required on the University of Montana campus. Campus parking pass provided.
