They prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a comprehensive range of services, from installing and maintaining to repairing HVAC systems. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value and benefits of our services.
- Skillfully follow up on warm leads, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through the decision-making process and close the sale.
- Proactively reach out to existing and past clients, reigniting their interest in our services.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of finalized sales to our skilled Installers and Technicians. Provide all necessary details to guarantee flawless execution of the installation process.
- Clearly explain the warranty options available to clients, ensuring they fully understand the protection and peace of mind that comes with their purchase.
- Utilize a company-provided vehicle to visit clients at their homes or places of business, demonstrating professionalism and reliability at every step of the journey.
- Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
Why you want this position:
- Starting salary: $37,000 through $38,000 Base Salary + 3% commission on sales
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)
