We are seeking an experienced Foreman Framer to lead and manage framing crews on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate framing crews on-site, ensuring quality craftsmanship and productivity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
  • Perform hands-on framing, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood/metal framing
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Plan and delegate daily tasks, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues
  • Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness
  • Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of framing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial framing practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
  • Proven leadership and crew management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • OSHA certification and/or other safety training preferred
  • Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate framing tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
