Starting Pay: $24-26 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8-5, and Fridays 8-2 (but paid for the whole day!)

Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare Sales agreements, and other Sales documents as requested.
- Enter new job orders in system, as requested.
- Take inbound job orders when needed.
- Initiate company compliance steps for new clients and client renewals.
- Build trust relationships by practicing exceptional customer service and sound judgement through phone, email, and personal contact with clients.
- Use various software to prepare documents, reports, Sales campaign lists, and presentations as requested.
- Inspecting, cleaning, updating client data in ATS system.
- Perform market research, as requested.
- Scheduling travel, meetings & other client related functions, as needed.
- Facilitate client appreciation/gifts.
- Track and balance receipts using expense tool.
- Assist with planning and setting up of Client focused events.
Requirements and Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative support and/or marketing role.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and LC Staffing as a company.
- Previous experience using Canva to create/edit graphic files.
