Electronic Records and Content Management Administrator

A large financial institution with branches in multiple states across the US is looking to add a ERCM Administrator to their corporate team. ERCM Administrator can work in out of any branch across an eight state footprint, AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY.

ERCM Administrator will support corporate operations and bank divisions in the administration of the Electronic Content Management program. This includes implementing processes to evaluate and review the company's current information governance and records management program to improve efficiency and ensure applicable records preservation and disposal processes are adhered to. Administrator will also be a liaison to multiple department managers and project support staff in the use of ECM technologies and provide administrative support to banking division team members.

Duties include:

  • Serve as a liaison and advisor to business areas for all records and information capture related matters. Collaborate with corporate and division staff to develop ECM best practices. Interprets business issues and recommends best practice to building efficiencies in the scanning of paper documents into the ECM systems. Guide bank personnel to ensure consistent document management processes.
  • Develop and administer training programs for staff to ensure standardization of electronic document, records systems, and scanning processes. Maintain knowledge of industry trends related to records management. Produce training job aids and online trainings that support the bank's scanning and capture requirements.
  • Perform information governance review and processes analyses to ensure scanning best practices are implemented. Recommend procedural modifications, identify process efficiencies in scanning, work with the ECM team in the transfer of information to business teams to leverage automation.

To qualify you must have at least 3 years experience in financial services or similar document centric field such as healthcare or insurance plus 1 year experience working with ECM or records management processes. Knowledge in SQL, XML, and HTML also a plus.
