This position involves traveling to customer locations to provide professional, friendly service while managing the pickup and delivery of textile restoration items. Responsibilities include accurately documenting and labeling incoming items, completing required forms, entering information into the computer system, and ensuring all orders are returned on time and to the highest service standards.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Travel to job sites, interact professionally with homeowners, and coordinate with service providers, adjusters, and insurance representatives
- Pick up, inventory, sort, label, and package textiles and other content items for restoration, ensuring all paperwork and special handling forms are completed accurately
- Evaluate items for restoration, ensure accurate bag/box counts, and return items for processing according to company guidelines
- Deliver completed orders, re-hang window treatments, when necessary, obtain customer signatures, and promptly report shortages or complaints to management
- Communicate regularly with managers and sales teams regarding job progress, timelines, rush orders, and customer follow-up needs
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and a professional appearance while complying with all program requirements and procedures
Qualifications:
- Effectively communicate, listen well, and work collaboratively by offering or seeking help
- Highly organized, efficient with time, able to multitask, and consistently reliable with attendance and punctuality
- Follow policies, procedures, and organizational values while maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and a focus on continuous improvement
- Sound judgment, ability to follow instructions, responds to direction, and inform management of important issues
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of computers (Windows OS) and standard business practices
