CDL Driver plus Laborer

LC Staffing has partnered with a well established excavation company to find a year round CDL Driver who will assist with some general labor when not in the truck driving. This position will allow you to use your CDL license and be home every night!

Wage:  $30 hour, depending on experience
Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

This is a contract-to-hire position and will offer year-round work. Winter weather will determine work load.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Load your truck trailer and haul excavation machinery to the jobsite using chains and binders to secure loads
  • Adjust breaks and check vehicle fluids performing daily equipment, truck, and brake inspections and reporting any issues
  • Once at the job site, if needed, jump in to assist with the job which might include shoveling or leveling
  • Be willing to help the team to get the job done!

Requirements: 
  • Valid CDL License 
  • Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds consistently
