Join the team at a local mental health center that is committed to empowering individuals on their recovery journey by providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services.


Essential Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assessment of clients needs, including activities of daily living, at least every 90 days.
  • Treatment (Care) planning with clients and others involved in their care. Includes friends and family members who the client would like to involve, at least every 90 days.
  • Referral and linkage to resources and providers who can meet client’s needs.
  • Complete progress notes daily and complete internal and external forms as required on time.
  • Complete required training (in person and / or by computer based learning system)
  • Follow HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain productivity requirements and attend weekly meetings.

  • Wage: $19.00 / hour
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR work 4-10 hour shifts
  • $500 sign on bonus (first $250 after 6 months of employment, second $250 after 1 year of employment)

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or 2 years or more of work experience in related field at same capacity.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion along with HIPPA compliance.
  • Must be proactive, able to anticipate needs and exhibit sound, accurate judgment.
  • Passionate about work and has a consistent positive attitude.
  • Takes personal responsibility for own actions, keeping commitments and asking for/offering help when needed.
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with established workplace culture.
  • Must be reliable and be able to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
  • Must have a current driver’s license, transportation, and automobile insurance coverage.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and kneel for long periods of time
  • Frequent hand/wrist/arm movements (reaching, grasping, typing, etc.)
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds if needed
