LC Staffing is hiring for a Bottled Water Production position for a local company who is seeking a full-time team member for their office in Kalispell. We need someone who wants to be a part of a “can-do” team!
This position will operate and maintain bottled water production equipment to ensure an adequate supply of quality products is available for customers.
Starting Pay: $17 per hour, commission available to eligible employees
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain an open and positive communication with other employees, departments, and dealerships
- Provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers’ expectations
- Monitor equipment during production to ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Report any maintenance needed on equipment
- Clean and sanitize equipment after production or down time to ensure compliance with all FDA regulations
- Operate company vehicles and equipment, including forklift, safely and courteously at all times
- Safeguard company equipment and products, keeping track of material delivered and returned
- Know and follow company policies and procedures and identify need for and suggest change when appropriate
Requirements:
- Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have clean driving record and valid license
