The BIM/CAD Technician will support project success through expertise in Autodesk Revit and multidisciplinary collaboration. This position is responsible for developing and managing project-specific models, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the design process. With involvement across architectural, structural, and MEP systems, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects while helping drive company standards and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Develop and manage project-specific Autodesk Revit files across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project design process
  • Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure deliverables meet client and contractor requirements
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to design and model building systems in Autodesk Revit
  • Represent the studio in BIM/CAD standards development and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (AA or AAS) in BIM/CAD or related field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of Autodesk Revit drafting and design experience in architecture, structural, or MEP systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team environment
