Autobody Estimator

If you are detailed oriented and enjoy the auto industry LC Staffing has a great opportunity. We are working with a Missoula autobody shop to find an estimator. 

Wage: 
$18 to $20 per hour depending on experience.  

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties: 

  • Educating customers about the claim and repair process 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Analyzing collision damage 
  • Compiling electronic repair plan (estimate) 
  • Auditing repair needs to ensure compliance with OEM guidelines 
  • Negotiating Insurance policy guidelines and repair costs with Insurers  
  • Obtaining repair authorization as needed (closing the sale) 
  • Inspection of completed vehicles 
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in on-going training/education 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the auto industry and/or working with insurance companies 
  • Customer Service  
  • Attention to Detail  
  • Data Entry Skills 
  • Typing Skills 
  • Organizational Skill  
  • Estimating Experience (2+years desired)
