Do you care about cars, and the people who drive them? LC Staffing is hiring an Auto Customer Service Specialist for a Missoula auto body shop. The Customer Service Specialist works closely with their Sales Team, customers, and insurance associates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description– Contact insurance companies for claim information, repair approval, supplemental requests and approvals and any other information that needs to be relayed to the insurance company or obtained from them.
– Manage and audit the customer experience through updates on vehicle repair status, claim status and assisting the customer through the repair and claim process as needed.
– Manage and audit customer files with all documentation and notes.
– Collaborate with all necessary Team Members throughout the course of repairs.
– Bill and close all repair files and follow up on Accounts Receivable.
– Review final bill and completed repairs with customer upon delivery of vehicle.
– Assist Receptionist with answering incoming phone call on 6 inbound lines, directing them to appropriate individuals and taking/forwarding messages as necessary.
– Assist with walk-in traffic, checking in/out vehicles for customers and accepting towed in vehicles.
– Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Production Manager
Requirements
– Detail Oriented skill set
– Multi-task Oriented skill set
– Data entry skill set (will utilize CCC One Management system to initiate, log, and track internal and external communications, access and track reports, and audit claims; additional computer skills include knowledge of Window Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent organizational skills — including, but not limited to: documentation, follow-up, ability to prioritize, etc.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm (may have flexibility in schedule – open to discussion)
Compensation: $16-$20
