Montana's largest Independent Staffing Firm is seeking an Account Manager In our Kalispell Office.

Over the last year, our staff events included Friday lunch cook outs, night skiing, bowling, and some time at the new pickleball center in Bigfork. In other words: we keep things fun and get things done. 

Compensation includes a base wage plus commission. This opportunity is full-time, long-term. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm in a teamwork-oriented office where our goal is to move people forward. It comes with full benefits, and plenty of opportunity.



In an Account Manager, we're seeking a self-confident and self-disciplined professional who will be creative, resourceful and skilled in building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll understand their needs, and make sure that they are heard. You'll align with them on what we can provide, being flexible when needed and firm when that's called for.

You'll build and record data accurately, adding job orders to our system. You'll get the details we need to successfully make the right matches to our job seekers. You'll collaboratively lead with our Recruiters, who are the folks connecting our job seekers with the client needs you identify. You'll play your part in our safety program, getting out of the office to make certain that our employees are working in safe environments. 

We would love it if you bring with you:
  • Some experience in account management, business relationship building, and/or sales
  • Excellent listening, questioning and communication skills in verbal and written formats
  • Ability to handle delicate situations with tact, and be firm when needed
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Business degree preferred, but we're more interested in your skills and experience
  • Ability to laugh, parse and use sarcasm, and keep the energy high.
  • Staffing experience is a plus, but not required
