This position involves installing fiberglass insulation and vapor barriers in residential and commercial buildings to improve energy efficiency and comfort. The Insulation Installer will work on a variety of job sites, assisting with material preparation, setup, and cleanup while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards are met.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Load and transport materials, tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to and from job sites
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, installing baffle vents, applying canned foam, and assembling scaffolding as needed
- Install fiberglass insulation and vapor barriers in residential and commercial buildings according to project specifications and work orders
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately to ensure full coverage and proper fit in walls, ceilings, and other spaces
- Apply insulation using approved methods such as stapling, taping, or spray foam sealing
- Seal joints, seams, gaps, and penetrations to achieve consistent air barriers and insulation performance
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Qualifications:
- Previous insulation installation experience preferred
- Ability to work on hands and knees and in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic understanding of building construction and familiarity with common insulation tools and materials (e.g., utility knives, staplers, spray adhesive, canned foam, duct tape, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing job site conditions
