Qualifications:
  • 5–15 years of civil engineering experience with strong skills in water/wastewater design, site grading, and stormwater design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently complete and finalize projects for agency submittal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented, team-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage project budgets/timelines and supervise junior staff professionally
  • Lead engineer experience, local subdivision entitlements, and familiarity with HEC-RAS or WaterCAD preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
